Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your KaKa Van account and all associated data, you can do so by following the instructions below.

What happens when I delete my account?

• Personal Information: Your name, email, phone number, and profile picture will be permanently removed from our servers.
• Student & Transaction Data: All records of students, payments, and receipts associated with your account will be deleted.
• Irreversible: This action cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

How to request deletion

To initiate the account deletion process, please send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please include the following information in your email to help us verify your identity:

• Your registered Email Address or Phone Number
• A brief statement confirming you want to delete your account

We will process your request within 30 days and notify you once the deletion is complete.
